I was born in Harlem, New York, USA, in the year of 1956. I am the mother of two beautiful children, proud mother in law of two beautiful children and grandmother of some gorgeous grandchildren. I am the retired Executive Director of the Lucille Rose Day Care Center. Former President of the NAACP Far Rockaway Branch. I am proud to be the First Woman Deacon of the First Iconium Baptist Church where the Awesome Rev. Timothy McDonald is the Paster. I wrote this book to prove to the people that you should always be proud of yourself no matter what. I received forty awards because of the work I’ve done within, and with, my community. I know there are better minds that are more creative and advanced in technology out in the world, but for some reason they remain dormant. I feel my book will open them up, so that way they can tell their story as well.
